I Love A Sport That Doesn't Require Physical Energy

One of my favorite sports of all all-time is archery.

It’s one of the few sports that doesn’t require much physical energy, but that doesn’t mean it’s a difficult sport.

If you’re familiar with archery, then you most likely know there are two different bows you can use: Compound bow and recurve bow.

Compound bows are the ones that look more sophisticated and they’re easier to use.

Recurve bows are the more traditional looking bows and they’re more difficult to use.

I’ve tried both and regardless of which one you use, you need to be extremely consistent with your shooting technique.

I’m talking about the way you hold your bow, the way your arm is positioned, how far you pull back the string, everything.

Making one little change will cause the arrow to land on a completely different spot.

On the bright side, it’s extremely fun and relaxing. There’s no need to worry about competing against anyone else if you play by yourself. You just need to focus on yourself.

As long as your stance and shooting technique are consistent, then your shots will be too.

I’ve said this before: Consistency is key.

Similarly, if you are consistent with your email marketing, sending emails on a frequent basis and sticking to the email copywriting methods taught in How to Become an Email Titan, then sooner or later, you’ll start to see results.

i.e. Stronger bond with your list and more sales.
